HOLIDAY REGIONAL MENU
Each month at barbacco we celebrate a different Italian region by offering special additions to the dinner menu that highlight the unique cuisine of that region. For the holidays, Chef Jesus has compiled four dishes from throughout Italy that are traditional during the Christmas season. From December 10th through the 24th we will be offering a la carte dishes during dinner service from Campania, Marche, Emilia Romagna, and Lazio. The full menu can be found below.
